The Bible = Our Guide

The Word of God will guide our steps when we allow it to do so. 

*I encourage you to compare any Bible version (or translation) I use to any version you prefer. Psalm 119:105

Your word is a lamp for my feet,  a light on my path. 

2 Timothy 3:16-17

All Scripture is God-breathed and is useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting and training in righteousness, so that the servant of God[a] may be thoroughly equipped for every good work., 

Proverbs 6:23

For this command is a lamp, this teaching is a light, and correction and instruction are the way to life,

John 8:31-32

To the Jews who had believed him, Jesus said, “If you hold to my teaching, you are really my disciples. Then you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free.”

Joshua 1:8 

Keep this Book of the Law always on your lips; meditate on it day and night, so that you may be careful to do everything written in it. Then you will be prosperous and successful.
